Data collected through the quote form

Name, property, email, phone and details about your project. They are used solely to answer your request and follow up on your project (pre-contractual measures and legitimate interest). They are kept for 3 years from our last exchange, then deleted.

Where your visit came from

To understand how clients find us, the site stores in your browser, for 90 days, the origin of your visit (search engine, social network, campaign link, referring website) and your landing page. This information stays on your device and is only sent to us if you submit the quote form. You can erase it at any time by clearing this site’s data in your browser.

Audience measurement

We use a privacy-friendly analytics tool that uses no cookies and no personal data, and only produces anonymous statistics.

Recipients

Your data is intended for HCI’s teams. Our technical subcontractors (website hosting, email delivery) access it only as needed to provide the service. It is never sold.
